Dear Friend,

Oddly enough, a few years ago today I decided to pull the plug on my old ways of working– things had to change.
This was a big change for me… I always found an excuse NOT to do things, which frustrated the hell out of me.
…Frankly, I was tired of seeing dimwits better off than me.
Why?
Mostly because it felt like I was banging my head against a big brick wall – talking-the-talk and not walking-the-walk.
So I canned it forever more.
What did I do instead?
I started to focus on the things that caused big changes and STOPPED doing the bullshit stuff I was doing already.
Each task was roughly calculated using the good-old 80/20 rule (20% of jobs will give you 80% payback). You simply eat the ugliest jobs first before doing the easiest.
What I did next. I wrote a simple five-year life year plan and actioned it. It’s actually, that simple to do.
Then, I use this astonishing simple ABC tactic by grouping your jobs in order of importance (A = high, B = medium and C = low). You start eating the ugly “A” group first then work down your list.
In short, radial life changes require radially different approach. Just like I did a few years back.
You can’t expect different results by skirting around the edges of your problems.
So you should heed this rule: doing the same old thinking and actions are responsible for getting you where you are now, are unlikely to take you any further.
That’s why you’re most likely struggling.
If you’re looking for a radial and exponential project approach, then this is exactly what I do for clients right now.
